How do I update or cancel my registration? How do I submit as substitution request?
Unfortunately, we will not be offering refunds. However, we will allow you to transfer your registration to another team member at your company.

The Georgian Terrace Hotel and Hotel Indigo are located across the street from the Fox Theatre. Additional hotel options nearby include: the Renaissance Hotel Midtown and Crowne Plaza Midtown.
Will food and beverage be provided?
There will be a Welcome Reception on Wednesday that will include heavy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. On Thursday, Breakfast and Lunch will be provided during the conference. Thursday will wrap up with a Closing Reception with appetizers and cocktails provided. On Friday, Breakfast and a Boxed Lunch will be provided.
What should I wear to the conference?
The suggested attire is business casual. We also recommend you bring as sweater or jacket, as meeting room temperatures are set for maximum seating capacity.
